The shipping costs for every order up to €15.00 in Germany are €3.50, regardless of size or weight. Free shipping from €15.00. Shipping costs of €7.90 always apply abroad.

When ordering in advance, please transfer within 3 days. The goods will only be sent after receipt of payment.

Returns

Register your return at https://kleinigkeit.returnsportal.online/.

We will then provide you with a return label directly.

We will retain €2.50 from the refund amount for the return process.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping within Germany and Austria for orders over €99.

For orders up to €99 within Germany, shipping costs are €4.95.

For orders from Austria, shipping costs are €7.95.

Returns

You can return or exchange your order within 14 calendar days of receipt.

You will then immediately receive a return label from us.

Return Costs

Returns from Germany are free.

For returns from Austria, we charge a fee of €2.50 when processing your return.
