General terms and conditions of business
§1 Applicability to entrepreneurs and definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Formation of a contract, storage of the contract text
(1) The following provisions regarding the conclusion of contracts apply to orders placed via our online shop http://www.kleinigkeit.de.

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer on our part, but is merely a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement.
(4) The following regulations apply when an order is received in our online shop:
The consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the ordering procedure provided in our online shop.
The order process consists of the following steps:
1) Selection of the desired goods
2) Confirm by clicking the "Add to Cart" button
3) Checking the information in the shopping cart
4) Clicking the "Checkout" button
5) Registration in the online shop by entering personal data.
6) Review and/or correct the entered data.
7) Binding submission of the order by clicking the "order subject to payment" or "buy" button
Before submitting the order, the consumer can correct any input errors by clicking on the corresponding order page ("Enter address", "Pay", "Confirm") or cancel the order process by closing the internet browser. We will immediately confirm receipt of the order with an automatically generated email ("Order Confirmation"). With this email, we accept your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders placed via our online shop:
We will send you the order details and our terms and conditions by email. You can also view the terms and conditions at any time at http://www.kleinigkeit.info/j/shop/terms. For security reasons, your order details are no longer accessible via the internet.
§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date:
(1) All prices quoted in this online shop include statutory VAT. The prices refer to the respective items pictured and described. Shipping costs may apply.
(2) The consumer has the option of paying via PayPal, Klarna invoice or instant bank transfer.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate shipment. Delivery will take place within 8 working days at the latest. The delivery period begins, in the case of payment in advance, on the day after the payment order is issued to the bank responsible for the transfer, and in the case of all other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded. If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the delivery location, the period ends on the next working day.
(2) In the case of a sale involving shipment, the risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the goods sold shall not pass to the buyer until the goods are handed over to the buyer.
§5 Retention of Title
We retain ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods in accordance with § 312g paragraph 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB):
Goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (e.g. individually printed textiles).
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
