Sales Manager (m/f/d)


You will be responsible for daily contact with our customers, as well as being the liaison to the field sales team, and will report to the Sales Director. You will become part of a company that values ​​a diverse work environment and close collaboration within the organization.

YOUR TASKS

  • You work closely with the field staff, manage in-season measures, and ensure that the fields perform at their best.
  • You will evaluate sell-out metrics, derive optimization potential, and prepare meaningful, actionable space analyses, with a focus on our space concepts.
  • You actively organize and implement high-impact sales campaigns at the POS – whether promotions, events or trade fairs.
  • Customer service, customer support and processing of returns
  • Solution-oriented handling and action regarding customer inquiries
  • Informing customers about deliveries and changes
  • Offer preparation and monitoring, as well as order processing.
  • Administration, email correspondence

YOUR PROFILE

  • At least 3 years of sales experience, ideally in the areas of women's, men's or streetwear.
  • Completed commercial training
  • Interest in fashion and current fashion trends
  • Solid user knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Independent working style
  • Strong commitment
  • good English skills
